Budget Speech

"budget allocation of the Department for the 2016/17 financial year amounts to R277, 915 million. This is an increase of R11, 479 million and therefore 4.3 percent in nominal terms. In real terms this amounts to a decline of -2.0 prevent with the consumer price index at 6, 3 percent in March 2016.
