Key Focus

Key Focus Area Working Group

In both provinces working groups for each key focus area will be established and these will be a platform for capacity building and knowledge sharing. These working groups will comprise of key provincial stakeholders, eg. government and private sector, in each key development area.

The following are the tasks of the working group, in collaboration and cooperation with the Provincial Programme Manager:

 Development of concept documents for the information society strategy development

 Development of the Information society strategy in corporation with technical assistance.

 Development and implementation of strategy-induced initiatives within provincial departments and    municipalities.
